I think it's important to set a study schedule. It help me study effectively. It also help me decrease stress because it can be balance between study and rest. I like to study at night because it is quite and my mine is very clear at that time so I can focus on it better. I usually spend 30 munites to an hour or at least 15 minutes to study everyday. Somtime I don't want to study even for a short time so I usually find a funny video or watch a movie that related to study topic. I relized that it help me remember longer or remind me some situations I can use in daily life. There are a lot of interesting chanel on youtube can help you study better. I usually spend more time to study when I have to prepare for a test. Especially when it is an important test. I spend most of the time to study. It make my brain has to take in a lot of information, so I occationally stop time to time to take a rest or eat,drink somthings. Do an excercise like jumping or strech...
